Review: I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I recently purchased a Bird of Paradise plant (140cm+); it arrived in a damaged box with soil at the bottom, as well as with teared leaves.
I raised a complaint and was informed the tears are fairly normal but eventually they offered me a refund to try and ‘resolve’ the problem. Unfortunately, as I explained to the Marika at customer services, I hadn’t kept hold of a damaged/soiled box. This was my final email to Marika who has since ignored me – it’s fair to say this has been the worst customer service experience ever!
p.s. Marika, I’d still like to be put in touch with somebody senior please.
“Unfortunately you’re missing a key point; regardless of an expert’s opinion I’m not satisfied with the condition the plant arrived which is why I have got in touch yourselves. Whilst I accept the tears may be part of healthy plant growth, as a customer I was not advised there could be cosmetic damage before purchasing the product which, I hope you can appreciate is frustrating, given I spent my hard earned money on it.
You may have concluded that the best solution is to return the product but actually that’s not the best solution for me given what I have shared with you regarding the box.
I feel you are lacking any understanding on your part so I would appreciate the contact details of somebody more senior”.

Review: I placed an order before reading the reviews and wished I hadn’t as there was alot of bad ones.
Anyway my order came and I was dreading opening the box. When I opened it I was rewarded with very healthy plants.
They were secure in the box and taped up so soil couldn’t move about, but no extra packing, also the soil was still damp. One plant was bent over a bit to fit the box, but after it was out and had space to stretch it was good.
My only issue was delivery was a bit slow, just over a week.
Would I buy from Oxy-plants again,
Yes. I have happy healthy plants that im enjoying.

Review: Awful, would never risk ordering from them again.
Delivery – ordered a 150cm Dracaena plant. The box arrived battered and upside down, left on my doorstep on a 45 degree angle.
The plant – The plant is dead! Crisp, brittle more than half of the leaves are brown, black & yellow leaves. All splitting and broken.
Customer service – I have requested a refund multiple times, SIX email exchanges later I am still waiting for the return label to put on their huge battered box to carry it to a shop for shopping in order to get refund, they don’t offer a collection service. Strange for a large item. It’d be better placed in a bin.

Review: Seems to be a bit of a scam company. I ordered a palm plant back in December along with a pot and mister. The mister didn’t arrive with the order and the plant had a lot of broken stems and wasn’t very true to the online picture. I was given a 20% refund due to the quality and refunded the mister which I was more than happy with however unfortunately within a couple of weeks of having the plant it died, despite it being in the correct conditions and following all watering instructions. I own a lot of plants so I can only assume it died due to all the damage it shipping. I’ve been trying to get a full refund for the plant since the beginning of January by Oxy Plants aren’t replying to my emails and they don’t pick up the phone. Really disappointing customer service and the plants aren’t cheap! I’d really appreciate a response from Oxy as I think it’s pretty shocking for a business to not even respond to a customer when there’s a problem with the order.
